Our Pinot Noir is a marriage of process and natural flavor. All grapes are handpicked during a highly selective harvest. After several days of cool must extraction, the wine is slowly fermented in large temperature-controlled wooden casks producing a ruby red, fragrant, medium-bodied dry wine with elegant, soft tannins and lingering flavors of dark berries and black cherries. Pairs well with beef, lamb, veal and rich sauces.
